Shipping policy
PROCESSING TIMES
Processing times vary by product:
• Acrylic products generally ship within approximately two weeks.
• Beads, stud toppers, connectors, wood pieces, and most non-acrylic products generally ship within one week.
Orders containing both acrylic and non-acrylic products may be held until all items are ready to ship together.
If you need non-acrylic items shipped separately or have a specific deadline, contact us before ordering. Additional shipping charges may apply, and expedited processing or delivery cannot be guaranteed.
SHIPPING AND TRACKING
Domestic orders are generally shipped through USPS Ground Advantage with tracking included. UPS and FedEx may be available upon request.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, weight, and selected shipping method. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with available tracking information.
Delivery dates are estimates. Jamie’s Jems™ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipping options are displayed at checkout. Tracking availability varies by destination and selected service.
International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage charges, and import fees. Optional insurance or upgraded shipping may be requested before payment for an additional charge.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered processing or shipped.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If an order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or cannot be located after delivery, contact us with your order number and photographs when applicable. We will assist with the carrier inquiry and work with you to review the issue.
